DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT
It has been proved that an improvement of the quality management in higher education in Croatia is necessary in order to integrate in European higher education space, and better serve the needs of all faculties, students and professors.
Meetings, discussions, workshops and visits will be organised; partners from Croatian and West European universities and institutions will be invited to exchange knowledge and experience, get acquainted with each other and with the quality assurance processes and procedures, as well as with the criteria, control and monitoring of quality which are in use.
During the short visits co-workers at the project will be observing practises at West European universities trying to find out the reasons of those practises and compare them to the practises in Croatia.
Being involved in practical work it will be easier for them to overcome the resistance to change as they will be skilled to implement new developed system and schemes.
