November 2004 - Consortium meeting in Zagreb (consortium members and international experts)

December 2004 - Training visit to University of Bristol and University of Strathclyde by 4 persons from Croatian universities
January 2005 - Training visit to University of Groningen and Twente by 4 persons from Croatian universities

March 2005 - Seminar for 30 Croatian higher education managers and staff developers in Dubrovnik (total 39 persons with experts and consortium coordinators)

April 2005 - Sample training seminar for 24 staff development coordination experts in Rijeka - 2 working days + 2 days for travel
April 2005 - Sample training seminar for 24 staff development coordination experts in Zadar - 2 working days + 2 days for travel
May 2005 - Sample training seminar for 24 staff development coordination experts in Zagreb - 2 working days + 2 days for travel
All sample training seminars will include 25 people - 20 from hosting institution, 4 from the other two participating Croatian universities and one EU trainer.

June 2005 - Presentation of project results and closing consortium meeting in Motovun (consortium members and international experts)
