Creation of a sample training seminar syllabus for each of the three primary areas of staff development (teaching & learning, research & communication, leadership & management). The syllabuses will be drafted by teams from three Croatian universities with support from EU consortium partners and experts.
Implementation of the three sample training seminars in collaboration with EU partners at each Croatian university with different topics at each institution
